Studio Policies

Nora Grace works at Fiction Cosmetic Tattooing which is licensed as a BodyArt establishment. For this reason, NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 IS PERMITTED IN THE STUDIO.

Clients MUST have a valid ID at time of service to get tattooed. If you show up to the studio without an ID, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and our rescheduling fee will apply.

Securing your appointment

A Booking Fee is required to book and secure every new appointment. This is a non-refundable payment.
This Booking Fee is to ensure that you are serious about scheduling your appointment. Booking Fee amount will be deducted from the total cost of your session, with the remainder paid at time of service.

Booking Fees are non-transferable. (to other clients, other services etc.) If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will forfeit your booking fee.

Multiple Booking Fees cannot be combined to cover the remainder of a service (if you book for Brows & Lips, but then decide you only want to do brows, you will still have to pay the remaining cost of a Brow service at the time of your appointment.)

Rescheduling / Late Fees

I require more than 48 hours notice if you decide to reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, you will owe a rescheduling fee of $100.
If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your Booking Fee. 

Appointment can be rescheduled a maximum of 2 times. If you must reschedule your appointment more than 2 times, you will forfeit your booking fee and must pay a new fee to secure a new appointment.

If you do not show up to your appointment, you will forfeit your original Booking Fee. A new Booking Fee will be required if you wish to rebook.

Booking Fees are non-refundable.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and the $100 rescheduling fee will apply. This is in consideration for the timed appointments after you.

Results for cosmetic tattoos

Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantee will be made and additional sessions (at a minimum charge) may be required to obtain optimal results. Additional charges will apply. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. Please refer to our FAQ section to see if the services we offer may be beneficial to you.

Touch ups for cosmetic tattoos

Brows: You will be scheduled for a second session 8 weeks after your initial appointment. Touch up pricing is not included in the initial appointment rate. This second session is highly suggested for best results. Additional touch-up appointments will be charged depending on how much work is to be done. Touch up pricing starts at $200 for second session, $400 for annual touch ups between 18-24 months. After 24 months, please email photo for accurate price quote.

Freckles: Most clients do not need to come back for a follow up session after their first freckle appointment, unless they find themselves wanting additional freckles. When freckles fade and are ready for a touch up appointment, rate for touch up is $250 . The rate at which freckles fade will depend on client’s skin texture and skin care routine.
